Michelle Edelen provides educational training, coaching products, and digital products.

If you purchase a product or service, you agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize the applicable charges disclosed at the time of purchase.

The Michelle Edelen Text Messaging Program may send appointment reminders, customer-care messages, educational information, and promotional offers to individuals who have expressly agreed to receive them.
Messages will be sent from Michelle Edelen using [SMS/MMS] to the mobile number you provide. The originating telephone number may vary where permitted by law.
Enrollment is voluntary. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.
By separately opting in, you authorize Michelle Edelen to send recurring automated or non-automated text messages to the mobile number you provided for the purposes disclosed when you enrolled. Consent applies only to Michelle Edelen and the messaging program identified at enrollment. Consent is not transferable or assignable to another party.
Message frequency varies. You may receive approximately 1-10 messages per MONTH, although the frequency may vary based on your interactions, requests, appointments, transactions, or account activity.
Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s standard messaging and data charges may apply. Michelle Edelen does not charge a separate fee for text messages, but you are responsible for charges imposed by your wireless provider.
Reply STOP to any message to cancel and stop receiving messages from the applicable Michelle Edelen text messaging program.
We may recognize other reasonable words or requests that clearly communicate your desire to stop receiving messages. Once your opt-out request is processed, you may receive one final confirmation message. No further messages requiring your consent will be sent unless you separately enroll again.
If you participate in more than one distinct messaging program, your request may apply to the program associated with the message to which you replied, as permitted by applicable law. You may contact us to request a broader opt-out.

Message delivery depends on your wireless carrier and network availability. Participating carriers may change without notice.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Messages may not be available on every carrier, device, or service plan. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is outside our control.
You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number.
If you change, deactivate, relinquish, or transfer your mobile number, you agree to opt out or notify us promptly so messages are not sent to the number’s new user.

Mobile information and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
We may modify or discontinue the text messaging program. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law. Ending the program does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.
When you contact us electronically, you consent to receive responsive communications electronically. Enrollment in marketing text messages is governed separately by Section 6 and requires a separate, affirmative opt-in.
Agreement to these general Terms does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing text messages.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM ARISING FROM THE GENERAL WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICE DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR $100.
These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. A separate signed service agreement may contain different limitations applicable to that service.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Michelle Edelen from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any proceeding that is not subject to another valid dispute-resolution agreement must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, NC, and each party consents to their jurisdiction and venue.
We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
Changes to these Terms will not retroactively create text messaging consent. Material changes to a messaging program will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain effective.
A failure to enforce a provision of these Terms is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable signed service agreement constitute the agreement between you and Michelle Edelen concerning the subject matter they cover.
